I am currently training for a bodybuilding competition in October and have to start the process of leaning down, which involves tracking my daily food intake of calories, carbs, fat grams and protein grams. I have been using this site for several weeks now to do this and I feel that starting a log online would be easier for me and hopefully help other people eat healthier and become more aware of what they are eating.
