Well managed to just go over my Cal. intake by 25 points this weekend Which is wounderful for me... .. I have lost 5lbs already 25 more pounds to go..Like I tell myself if it takes me another year so be it... You can't rush weight loss or you will gain it back and plus..Take your time go at a slow pace and before you know it presto your there... Support is also a key facture.. Keep the faith
