what?! too good not to report. i mean, there are times i absolutely will not weigh in ... one is the day after a weight lifting workout ... typically all numbers are high due to water retention, etc. ... and the second would be the day after a weigh in ... but i broke that rule. could be an aberration ... but i like living in delusion. so, in order to make fantasy a reality ... i.e. keep the weight off and going lower ... need to recommit ... every day.

seeing it really charges me up again ... so today's calorie burn:

Workout:
30 seconds Swiss Ball Mountain Climbers
30 DB jumping jacks
2x12 DB Dead Lifts
2x12 DB Pistol Squats
2x12 Single Arm DB Bench Press
2x12 Weighted Corkscrews
15 Back Extensions with DB Flies
30 DB Seal Jacks
15 Dips with Leg Raise

600 Calorie burn in cardio

Later on --- hitting golf balls, of course ... hope everyone has a great weekend and remember to tell your moms how much you love em! Cheers!
152.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
