Expected to get to the end of my 'water weight' drop soon and have the daily drops slow -- but it is encouraging to see the weight come down. Overall feeling pretty good but didn't sleep all that well last night.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 119.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
