appendectomy to start the New Year. was up 10 more pounds from surgery and now finally almost back to start. It is difficult to eat correctly while having to rely on others and still unable yo drive or very mobile. that day will come just grateful most of the lbs came back off.

204.8 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
