My first cheat day with Hubby and kids and I could hardly stuff all the food in. I feel I overdid it with Rib eye steak, baked potato w/butter, broccoli w/cheese and for dessert, my hubby made home made carrot cake. I am stuffed! I may go easier next cheat day. The hubby and I enjoyed ourselves today picking out our cheat day food and buying fresh fruits and veggies for tomorrow. LOL We took a nice bike ride after dinner when the sun went down. Too hot and sunny here in the Middle East to bike during the sweltering mid-day heat. Going to end the day chillin' with my hubby.

a house cleaned by someone other than me :)

Sounds like other than the carrot cake, you did ok for a cheat day. Maybe you just felt overfull because you are not used to eating so much any more. At least you have your fruits and veggies for today. Wish I had someone that came and cleaned my house...that I would be grateful for!! :)
