Today's weight and measurements were a mixed bag. My weight hasn't been going down at all for the past two weeks, which is upsetting. I can try to blame it on whatever, but I'd say that I've been following the diet really well. My measurements are a slightly more positive story. My waist has gone down a little this week, which is stopping me from throwing in the towel. And in the past month even though I've only lost 2 lbs, my waist has gone down almost an inch and I've lost a .5 inch in my hips and a .25 inch in both my thighs and calves. I know that measurements are what really matters, not the scale, but just want to get to my goal weight! Maybe I should have some goal measurements instead and just stop weighing myself all together...
170.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
