It's Friday!!! I have almost made it to the weekend. One more day of working and a trip to Field Day at the Elementary School and it's here!

Very pleased with my results. Just shy of 3 weeks in and 5.2 pounds down. If I can stay the course and lose 1.5-2 pounds a week, I will be a happy girl and get to my goal weight before my beach vacation on July 7th!

Next week is finally back to normal and I can add back in exercise. I'm excited to see how my running is affected by this WOL. I also need to find some new recipes to try. I've got my standard meals but want to branch out some.

I am so inspired by this website and all of the people that persevere day after day to make positive changes in their lives.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
