Went to what they call a "Concierge Crawl" - basically local businesses and restaurants invited people who represent/work at resorts to come and sample their food and wine.
I hate that Fat Secret doesn't have an option to just add in 400 calories or something for things like this.
I ate one potato Tapa (teeny tiny appetizer), a very healthy small piece of a veggie wrap (lettuce, avocado, onion, hummus), a sample of what's called a "green goddess" smoothie, and a sample plate with cheese and some crackers. This was accompanied by 2 wine samples and one sample of sangria. So I put in 1 and 1/2 cups chardonnay and, one piece of cheese and one piece texas toast. Not sure if that covers it or not.
I literally didn't eat much - but I'd still like to be able to record it somehow - without painfully trying to enter in how much lettuce was in the wrap etc....
Trying to recover from my super cheat day.... hope I am still losing! Here's to skinny thoughts!
