A good day - energetic workout at the gym, followed by lunch and a nap, cos I'm on nights tonight. Excellent with food today and have added some snacks to Thursday's food Log as well as Friday's Food Log that I'm going to eat during the night. Don't feel 100%, so may've picked up the bug my son had over the weekend - I hope I don't start throwing up tho, cos that's a bit of a drastic way to diet!
