Wow still struggling to lose even 1 lb. of course I am not exercising as much as I used to AND eating the same which I know doesn't work...so it makes total sense as to why nothing is changing. If I really want to be ready for Chicago I need to "buckle down" and lower my calories or go back to 4 hour training days :)
