I either have the flu, strep, virus??? Who knows, its taken all the fight out of me. On the up side, if there is one, I am not very hungry. Does not mean I have not been eating though. Working on my resolve, sewing quilt blocks, between periods of rest. I appreciate the replies to my post and all the support. Hope to be at the gym when I am up to it, which I hope is Wednesday.
