I WILL get back to 249. Having stomach issues today. I need to go potty but of course...I can't. I've been trying everything. I have my fiber up, I take a probiotic.....=( Hopefully it will even itself out soon.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 123.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You might try including some coconut oil into your diet. It seems to help in this area, as well as having many other health benefits. I buy the virgin, organic one from Trader Joe's, which is the most affordable, quality brand I have found. It smells wonderful! I use it to make Low Carb Chocolate Bark and in flax meal muffins and pancakes. You can also find coconut oil at Walmart, but I would not use these for anything other than pan cooking, as they are refined and deoderized and don't smell or taste like coconut. Good luck.
