Wow - blew it for just over a month. Stopped logging in because I was a complete failure, but today I'm back on track! 3rd day actually back on track. I gained about 6 lbs in that horrific month. I don't know how I completely lost control like that. It's like my body gets a taste of sugar/carbs and it goes crazy. Sugar/Carbs definitely affects my mental state - it puts me into a crazed, hungry and depressed state - which adds to the problem because then I want to eat for comfort. What a roller coaster! I've got to live a life without sugar & refined carbs forever if I ever want to succeed! At least I didn't gain it all back plus more like so many times before. Until next time.....
