Woke at 216.6, down 4.8 from yesterday. The first day of FMD worked out well and I very successfully dropped a lot of water and bulk. Have not eaten today as of 1:30 and not really hungry yet. Going without coffee for the rest of the FMD period as well, although tea is allowed. Also checked ketone levels upon waking and was a .6 millimolar, which is just inside ketosis. UPDATE: Gigantic day of dropping water and bulk. Let's not mince words. I've had six solid bowel movements in the last 24 hours and the two most recent had me running to the bathroom! I weighed 212.2 before bed. The Fasting Mimicking Diet is great as a cleanse if nothing else! Three more days of 800 calories.

Excellent, well done. I'm six days into a similar low cal, low carb approach (800/50), with some minimum exercise targets. I feel great and have dropped a load of pounds, so keep with it! How long do you intend to stay on the FMD and what's your plan after?
