wish i could go under 175! frustrated Grrrrr strict diet!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel....are you interested in motivating each other? Looks like we have similar goals and both are at similar starting points.

Sorry I lost my bearings about this site. I have been so busy with work. I swear I didn't blow you off but sorry to say that I would love to motivate each other. However, I make no promises because my internet access will be limited. I am Navy Active duty and deploy next week for several months. I will say that for me I lose motivation when I see I have platoed. Once that happens I tend to give into everything that I have recently avoided and become depressed and unmotivated. Its as if I get in the mindset of "why not eat this or that? Why workout? If I'm not losing anymore weight anyway"...I know its wrong but its the truth.

I hear ya loud and clear. Well, this side does work in tracking behavior. If you get time, let's keep the line. I travel for work so next week, i am away from home for two consecutive weeks. Not as long as deployment, but understand the change in demands.
