That's not what you want to see in the first weigh-in of the year. 😖 But, maintaining or gaining is fairly standard the week of New Years, at least for me. I was particularly naughty this week, spreading indulgence over 3 days. Dude, I really think it's the winter break. It's making me lazier than normal, we are all sitting around bored, and since my husband is on winter break too, every day feels like Saturday. So, I sometimes snacked when I ought not have. I've been good since Tuesday, and life returns to normal this week. Also, my husband wants to give Slow Carb another try and will be starting tomorrow. Keeping him on track will help keep me on track. Workouts have been going very well!
174.6 lb Lost so far: 125.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
