Seems like things have slowed a bot - but overall, I'm pretty happy with weight loss so far. Sixteen weeks and 25 pounds is about right, I think. I guess I just get slightly crazy when I go more than a week with no perceptible loss, or am "bad" for a meal or two and see a weight gain! Just need to remember the big picture and keep on keeping on.
232.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 82.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
