Good afternoon chikadees! I'm still chugging along! Steady through the holidays... a few indulgences but overall have been on track!

Hope this finds you all healthy & happy in this new year! 💖

271.0 lb Lost so far: 93.0 lb. Still to go: 71.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
