Finishing up a 42/6 Intermittent fasting cycle. Was hungry yesterday, but pushed through. No headaches, I drank a lot of coffee without any cream or Stevia nor MCT. Lots of water also. Had dill pickle juice to help with electrolytes. Will break the fast around noon and stop feeding at 6pm to start another cycle of 42/6.
224.4 lb Lost so far: 58.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
