I hate plateaus...especially when you follow your diet to the letter.

A plateau is really when you stay the same weight for weeks on end. If you weighed once a week, you wouldn't even notice the weight staying the same, which is actually very normal. You can wake up tomorrow a pound lighter. Just stick with it and the scale will move again.
