i am so happy to see weight loss every single day. i am amazed! but i think i need to increase my calories. i felt light headed yesterday. im not sure if its because i did a lot of activities and ive been on bed rest for the past few days or what it is. i guess ill just give in another day or two and see how i feel =)
182.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 March 2010:
1408 kcal Fat: 60.58g | Prot: 54.25g | Carb: 158.23g.   Lunch: crystal light peach tea, special k crackers, spicy brown mustard, leafy romaine, light miracle whip, hard boiled egg, spinach tortilla. Dinner: milk, butter top wheat bread, pulled pork, italian dresing, pasta salad. Snacks/Other: saltines, kraft lite italian dressing, lettuce mix, tomato basil soup from applebees, hersheys snackters chocolate 100 cal pk. more...

Your doing an awesome job!! I hear ya losing weight is tough and maintaining is even tougher..I am 5'1 so 1 lb for my height is soo much. For me counting calories is what works :) have a great weekend.
