Day 3 actually hasn't been that bad. The hunger pains are easing up. I didn't stick to eating every 3 hours today, because I was exhausted from being up so late and had a nap. No real cheats today cept for a SIP of koolaid to curb over the sweet tooth and the craving to eat a cookie with my kids for dessert. I'm trying sio hard and I need to stop the cheating myself.
Day 3:
Cantaloupe Vanilla yogurt
Banana
Butter beans, celery, carrots, green beans, mushrooms w/ seasoning simmered in low sodium chicken broth (drained before eating) Grapes Salad w/ light ranch dressing
late night snack will probably be lowfat yogurt with some more grapes before they go bad.

You are doing great! Keep up the good work! I promise you it will get easier for you....you just have to stick with it, when the going gets tough the tough get going as I have heard before! Your mind is set to doing this and you will be just fine. As for the smoothies, right now I am just doing the Lucerne Fat Free Smoothies that you can get from the store, but when I have the time I make my own. Make a big batch and freeze them, pull it out and there you have one. I just use fresh fruit (frozen is fine, but doesn't give it that good taste) a small amount of 2% milk, yogurt (either flavored or not), depending on what phase I am doing at the time I either use a couple egg whites or a couple eggs and a couple scoops of frozen Fat Free yogurt, helps give it some good taste also. Blend and serve....they are yummy! Like I said you are doing great, keep up the good work!!!
