There are ways of eating healthy on a budget. Buy produce that is in season. Don't buy too much so that it goes bad. Frozen veggies can be cheap and healthy. Look for sales. Buy meat on sale and freeze it. Many places have reduced price meat early in the mornings and you can freeze it (as long as you freeze it before the expiration date). Look for high fiber/high protein cereals that are on sale or with coupons. If you live alone, get some lean cuisines on sale. Working out is a habit. It takes 3 or more weeks to make a habit. You just have to make up your mind to start working out after work. Get your clothes out. Get some workout dvds from the library to try out. Get some light handweights and a mat. Go for a walk. Anything to get you started. Good luck!
