I finally worked out today! I mean, I'm still coughing and getting headaches but I feel waaaay better than I did last Thursday. Mind you, I only did a 20 minute yoga session. Can you tell I'm very cautious? :D But I'm back!!!
This is my fitness calendar for the month of December. The downside: I went down from doing up to 2 heavy workouts a day, to doing 1 mini workout. The upside(s): I'm still incredibly mindful about being active and am pushing myself to do something every day; I did have one day where I did 2 heavy workouts; and, I have a lot of cardio in there! I'm super learning that everyday makes a difference.
(Note to self: What I want to focus on in January is keeping up with working out at least 6 times a week, eating clean, AND adding in sleep. I sleep way too much, folks. It's part of my post-grad vacation. But I need to get back in a regular schedule and aggressively apply to jobs every day.)
