It is tough getting back into the swing of things after being gone for 2 months. I still remember the plan and it will get easier after a couple of days. It wouldn't hurt me to fast for a day to make my mind get to the right place and quit craving. Thanks to my FS buddies for helping me stay focused.

I already know that it is better if I connect with FS when trying to get back on track. At least I am not starting from scratch. It sure was nice for a while eating whenever and whatever I wanted.
