Well, my coffee cravings are going way down since I cut out most modified sugars out of my diet. I thought it would be very hard, and I am sure that I am still getting a gram here or there that was man-made but overall I am happy- all I needed to do was switch my peanut butter for more natural stuff, get reduced sugar ketchup, and swap my daily yogurts for cottage cheese.

Speaking of which- the Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! Soooo yummy, why on earth do they bother adding extra sugar in the first place?

The reduced sugar ketchup tastes better too- I even had hubby try it and he said that ketchup should taste like that anyhow... why are these companies adding so much sugar to everything? It seems as though stuff is tastier without it!

Bah, tonight's goal is to take a new profile picture of myself- although I will miss the cute doggy pics...
