Keeping calorie intake between 1500 and 2500 and getting on the treadmill for at least one mile at a brisk walking speed (2.7-3.0) and mid-level incline (5-8). Just trying to get into and keep the routine, after which time, I will incorporate more exercises and change things up.
198.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
