I actually started on April 30, but for whatever reason, fatsecret will only let me select May 2 as the earliest date. Anyway, this is week 2, day 9 of Atkins Induction for me! I weighed 176 when I started. I haven't weighed myself since (I'm hoping to wait until the end of Induction to do that for the big surprise!), but I have definitely lost inches. As of Sunday, I had lost an inch off my waist, an inch off each thing, and 2 inches off my hips. Holla!
