Does anyone have a simple recipe for a really flavorful sauce for veggies? I know what I like, but don't know how to make it. I like Chinese-type sautéed vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, mushrooms, peppers, cauliflower, yellow squash, zucchini, etc. with a medium-dense, dark sauce that must probably has soy sauce. What other spices might go into that? Something w/ few carbs, if possible. Any ideas?? Thanks for your help! :+)

I haven’t used it myself, but I’ve read that “coconut aminos” has a soy sauce look and flavor and is much better for low carb eating.

Agree with ClarityAnn, coconut aminos. I use it and love it. There aren't many spices I can eat or like so I add that to almost everything I eat. Although I haven't tried it, they also have different flavors like teriyaki. If they carry it's usually in the health aisle or you can order online.

Hi Colleen. This past week I've been using a half tsp of Better than Bouillon beef base, a little water and a sprinkle or two of Pyure. Does the trick for my stir fry vegetables.

You're in the south right Patty? If you have a Krogers they usually have it. Most decent size grocery stores have it.

Garlic, Sesame oil, sesame seeds, low sodium gluten free soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Delicious and low carb.
