Drinking my fresh orange/apple juice with crushed Chia seeds this morning and then starting my water.
132.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds YUM I have heard a lot about Chia Seeds lately, Do you like them?

Love Chia seeds...make sure to crush them for full benefit. Makes the fruit juice get absorbed slower and makes me feel fuller.
