Been gone awhile but things are going pretty well. Popped a rib about a month ago so I've been working on that I'm going to the chiropractor. Managed to maintain my eating program for the holidays and that's reflected in my weight loss! Wooohooo
230.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 70.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
