Ehhh. Would have been slightly better, but I got real hungry last night. Almost made it, but once I cannot stop thinking about a snack, there's no way around it. either way, moving along quite well.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
