Starbucks copycat protein plate! I love to snack at my desk and this breakfast let's me do just that!

so good! I love the snack rounds! And I used pb2 instead of the nut butter to cut down a bit of calories.

I agree Micki when I started I was bed ridden with spinal stenosis and it was a challenge. Preplanning saved me!

just remember protein not used by your body turns to sugar.. most woman only need like 60g daily.
