surprisingly low benchmark to start the year. if forgo meat, getting to 180 is going to be tough. need to get up and move around.. a lot
183.7 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet calorietoast's own diet   losing 1.9 lb a week
