I know this is only day three but I have been sooo discouraged today. Ive been eating healthy and working out. But i am SO OUT OF SHAPE. I could only do partial workouts. Pathetic. In order to make up for only partial, I went to the gym twice today and cried the remainder. Lost my temper, threw a sack of potatoes (cause i still had some and i cant eat them now), yelled at hubby and the dog. LOL Laughter threw tears. **Sigh** drink another glass of water and off to bed.

You're too hard on yourself! We are all out of shape when we start and some of us still are (ME) lol It takes time and you have to be patient with yourself. You're making changes and that is so great. Chin up girl, you are doing great :)
