this is day 3 of no soda and the headaches i'm not gonna lie were pretty bad on the first and second days but today wasn't quite as bad sugar numbers are still all over the place but i'm hoping with the cutting of soda and that watching my diet a little more closely they will start to normalize and also i really need to keep on myself to remember to TAKE MY MEDS UGGGG but if i can do that i hope i will start to see better results both in weight and also in sugar numbers....................but i suppose still just taking it one day at a time
242.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet The GI diet   losing 0.5 lb a week
