My stomach has been kind of upset the past couple of days. I think it may have to do with not drinking as much water as I have been the past few weeks.
I keep dreaming of all the bikinis and clothes that I would feel great wearing and want to buy myself, but I feel I may be getting ahead of myself.
After my coworker commented I looked thinner I saw a picture of me at my sister's wedding shower and my confidence boost took a big step backwards - double chin galore!!!
I have a showing at my house tomorrow and it's very very messy so I'm hoping to get a LOT of housework done (and burn some calories in the process) tonight.
Keeping under 1400 is getting easier, and I have been doing fairly well at staying closer to 1200 as well.
Possibly planning an informal BBQ at my house for Weds - and I might plan that as a "cheat day." After these last (almost 4!) weeks, it would be really really nice to take a day to eat and drink and not log anything or log it but just not worry about the RDI. Hoping that does not sabotage my efforts - any advice?
