Just a quick entry to say hi & that's it. Seems if I keep typing, silly foolishness comes out somehow....sheesh! Plus, busy at work!

Short story...could have done better calorie wise last weekend, but it wasn't totally horrible either. Makes me wonder how much I really used to eat..Oink & Mooooo come to mind...LOL!

Still no TOM.

2-3 mile fun run with doggie-girl this morning, felt good, even though it's getting warm for running @ 51 degrees, plus I think I ate a bug, which I won't be logging!

Pork roast for supper. Eliptical & bike ride if it's not raining for tomorrow morning.

Thankful for slow-cookers.

Wow, GG. I'm thinking it's time to see the doctor. This NO TOM thing is weird. Oink and moo. Haha. That was funny. Lad you and doggie-girl got your ride in. Ew on the bug. Hope its not raining tomorrow..
