Today I feel really good and encouraged. In the past I never set goals because I felt scared to really hold myself accountable with trying to achieve the goal. However, I've realized that there is nothing wrong with having goals not just healthy lifestyle goals but through all areas of your life. So my goal is to lose 10 pounds by June 15th my besties birthday and I am really making a concerted effort to try to achieve that goal because I want to be fit and slim... I'm praying for strength and diligence with making healthier choices.
