Happy Monday!

I changed my lifestyle to "Sedentary" so was able to re-set my RDI for calories to 1400. Maybe that will help me remind me to keep those calories at bay. BTW - does anyone know why FS calls it RDI instead of RDA?

I finally got a better idea of low cal/low carb foods and have packed my lunches accordingly. I had become so accustomed to those rich cream and cheese sauces allowed during induction. Oh well - fitting into those size 10's will be worth it!

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 May 2012:

It is Recommended Daily Intake. I think it is like a lot of things, different sites call the same thing something else based on preference. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's my thinking. Good luck on the size 10's!! You can do it!

Good idea Buffy. It annoys me when my numbers are high and it turns red. Maybe that will be enough to keep you on track staying under 100%.

Sandy - Thanks and same to you. In the summer I'm happy with raw veggies, but when it is cold, damp and dreary those sauces act like "comfort food".

LOL Buffy..you just described what I do most days..I try to trick myself into doing the right thing...man its hard when your the one that can't eat what the rest of the people can...I miss my veggies soooo bad..but at least I can have head lettuce and cukes with out seeds..just have to deal with it..But your doing so great..you'll be in those size 10's in no time..:O)

Bren - I do feel badly for you not being able to eat the foods that help you lose weight. I always buy seedless cucumbers for DH too. But his problem is indigestion.
