YEAH...I went down! Yahoo! I sure hope that this continues. I'm still having a hard time getting all my food in...especially the fruits. I've started using V8 Fusion to help supplement but I still missing 1 fruit a day.

GOAL for the week: 15 mins treadmill and 25-30 mins workout with ball and weights. Get ALL foods in!!

45 days until my wedding!! =0)
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
