The scale was staring at me this morning. I decided to just go ahead and hop on. lost 3 pounds already. I still don't feel like i'm missing anything without my carbs. I had a burger yesterday with no bun and replaced the french fries with black beans, it was delicious. When I was reading my South Beach Diet book, they said in there that you'd be surprised how little the bun matters when you bite into a burger. The meat in the middle is where the flavor is packed. I am surprised at how undesirable bread, pasta, cereal ect. are to me now. :)
