Thyroid issues are still not under control. Burned 2000 calories on Saturday but still had 3.2 lb gain. THIS SUCKS.

1744 kcal Fat: 87.13g | Prot: 63.37g | Carb: 187.78g.   Breakfast: country crock, harvest hill lite pancake syrup, chunky chicken corn chowder, great value homestyle waffles. Lunch: ketchup, bread and butter pickles, mustard, baked potato, chicken breast patties, sunny acres american singles, sara lee 100% whole wheat bread, frozen broccoli, country crock. Dinner: riverton valley light ranch, pure vegetable oil, tilapia, lettuce, cucumbers, celery. Snacks/Other: trails end unbelievable butter popcorn, skim milk. more...

Wow, that's difficult. Have your spoken to a nutritionist or done some research on foods that might help. I know that certain foods can help you lose weight with thyroid problems better than others. Also, google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight. I have a friend with thyroid problems (severe) and she looks great. It's taken her time to find the combination. Don't give up!
