Thanks everyone for all the b'day wishes, it was a fantastic day. I ate allot of food but back on track today. O boy did I enjoy every bite though. It makes food so much more satisfying when you only indulge now and then, makes it taste so much better, than eating food and feeling guilty.
Super sore this morning, met with trainer yesterday so feeling some muscles that I didn't know existed. Will be doing cardio after work, but might take it somewhat easy on my body today.
