I am absolutely disgusted with myself! I stepped on the scale and once again it was increased! I'm hopeful that it is just water retention from the overly salty food I have eaten all weekend!
Guess I'll find out as I decrease my salt intake this week! I am so addicted to roasted, salted peanuts! I can not get enough of the little devils. Might try the unsalted ones! :(
Oh well new week and new challenges! Have to make some new goals and stick to them!!

I drink extra water when that happens to me. Flush the extra salt and give it a couple of days. You could always take 1 water pill and see if that helps. I think unsalted peanuts are OK, so long as they are roasted and not raw to give them a little flavor. It'll come back off. No worries.
