You were logging your food really well for a while and stopped. The logging keeps me fully aware of what I am doing. Shoot for 20-25% fats, 30-35% protein and the rest complex carbs. Drink enough water in ounces to equal half your body weight,and keep the sodium to around 2500 and calories at 1200 minimum. Ya gotta eat to lose or your body holds onto fat. Good luck!
