im strating again with fatsecret because even though ive been on southbeach for over a week i have yet to loose any weight. i am exercising every day with a cradio workout of at least 40 min and abt 50 sit ups.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
