I walked 4 miles for an event. Then I got hungry and came back home to have half the wedge potato chips as I recorded in the chart and a cup of home style vegetable beef soup.

Around 4:15 PM, I have half cup (an ordinary coffee cup) of ice cream with sweetened strawberry.
