I woke up my weight didnt appear to change still said 105.2

Maybe it is the food weight form the day before. 2 mangoes, 2 seitan and 2 Tuna.

I will see what happens tom. I did 1.5 hours in the gym walking and ski machne. 700 and 300 calories according to the machines.

So far 1 can of Tuna and 2 coffess consumed for the day.

I felt quite tired and I didnt want to get up
231.5 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
